I applied to a generic posting from careerlink.com which claimed that TSL was looking for Managers across the business in certain departments. I was then contacted with a request to setup a phone interview. I setup a time, and the lady interviewing me was 13 minutes late... Not a good sign. Also, it's unfortunate, but this was basically a person taking my answers to canned questions that were obviously designed as a personality survey that had no questions regarding how you would handle specific situations within the job role. In fact they weren't actually hiring for IT managers after all, and were basically looking for dispatch people in a call center... Very unprofessional. SMH
