The interview was mostly technical questions related to inspection and QA processes. The interview was for the position of QA Engineer and was conducted by the facility's Quality Manager. The facility was mostly building ASME BPVC vessels, and was certified to ISO 9001 as well.

Interview was friendly and in a one to one setting with the production manager. The role was production engineer who would overlook welding activities as well. The interview was purely technical, and no behavioral questions were asked.
