Process was pretty straightforward - went through an assessment centre where candidates worked in teams to create a proposal to solve a healthcare problem, after which we had to present the proposal to other groups + assessors. After a week or so, I got a callback to attend an in-person interview (there were 3 interviewers). The interview started 30minutes later than it was supposed to (without any prior notice) and lasted about an hour with mostly situational and behavioural questions.

- Online application which included 2 short essays - Assessment Centre (2 parts) - Panel Interview Not difficult since they do give you a list of readings before the AC, panel interview was mostly fit and included some CA questions. Interviewers were really nice and made the whole process rather fun.
