This was a frustrating experience. For the first interview, I was on time and waited for about 20 minutes, but no one showed up. A few hours later, I heard he was sick, which I understand, so we rescheduled. For the second one, I joined basically on time (about a minute late) and was told the process had already moved forward. Just feels like candidates put a lot of time into preparing, too, so a bit more flexibility and respect on both sides would really go a long way.
