It was fairly straightforward and not too much pressure. Interview as set up quickly and took place in the seated area while the restaurant wasn't too busy. Nothing to really complain about either way.

first you go in to meet with them then they have you fill out a ton of papers go home and they have you come back to meet them and they hire you

It wasn’t too bad of an experience because I was a student, interview manager was very nice to me, not a grueling process at all, great interview experience, and I ended up taking the job!
