It was a sit down at the restaurant with the hiring manager. They asked basic interview questions and it was not anything too crazy. After the interview I was offered the position.

Very easy and straight forward. They want to make sure you have the ability to have good energy and serve others well. Experience and age do not particularly matter, they just want people who will work well in a team.
