Started with a phone screening by HR. Asked general questions about background and expectations. Lead to a phone interview by hiring manager who asked more in depth questions about experience. It lasted about half hour. Next step was an onsite interview. Lasted 2 hours and was interview by two mangers. Asked the general questions and the more difficult hypotheticals and past instances when so and so happened and how did you handle that. Also had a facility tour during interview.
