      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Seattle, WA) nel mese di gen 2017

      Colloquio

      I interviewed twice with Takeda. First time was via a recruiter who seemed great, except the district manager called me during a non scheduled time and really had this in your face, confrontational style that some have, kind of like he wanted to call just to ruffle my feathers and challenge everything I said no matter what. I was so suprised by this approach that I didn't do too well and both the district manager and the recruiter went MIA afterward. I even tried to email the recruiter and no response. Second interview- first round was with HR, second was a phone interview. passed both with flying colors. The third interview was with the DM in person. I thought I did very well and was even told I did a great job. However, after this again they went silent. I emailed and asked for an update either way, no response. Found out via linkedin they hired some sports star right out of college, which doesn't really compare to my experience but I seen so many young and inexperienced yet beautiful people getting these types of jobs that I have to come to my own conclusions about that.

      First interview focused only on metrics. That's all he felt was important and all he wanted to talk about. He was put off my the absurdity of me mentioning that relationships are also important (?). Second interview- Very typical STARS format and more EQ focused questions. i.e. Tell me about a time when you had to handle adversity
