First, candidates fill out a generic online application. Then, there is an initial phone screening within 2-4 weeks, and later, an in person interview about 4 weeks later. The in-person interview didn’t contain many of the stereotypical interview questions, but was more of them confirming that I actually did what I said I did on my resume.
