Interview Process: Level 1: Call from the recruiter to verify background and personal information. Set up MS Teams meeting with the hiring manager. Level 2: Virtual meeting with the hiring manager. Introductory chat. Shared my research experiences and accomplishments during grad school. Was asked to provide letters of recommendation in order to move to the next rounds of interviews. Level 3: A 45 minutes-long virtual research presentation followed by 15 minutes of questioning. Subsequently 9 rounds of meetings with multiple interviewers 2-on-1 or 1-on-1 basis spanned over 2 days. Interviewers were very professional and asked pertinent questions. They were very warm and easy to talk to. They provided valuable inputs on my research and were encouraging. Final decision: The recruiter offered me the job within 9 days from the last day of interviews. The hiring manager and recruiter was extremely helpful and nice.

Hiring manager's call for ~30mins to understand the background, then recruiter to talk about benefits, after that give a presentation, and panel interviews with many stakeholders within the team and cross-teams.
