I received the interview invitation 2 weeks after application. The interview was done by the recruiter in South Asia via WebEx conference call. He sent email 5 minutes before the interview and said that he was caught up in an ad-hoc meeting and has to reschedule it to the following day. During the interview the voice quality was very poor (he used a speakerphone) so I had to ask him to repeat the questions repeatedly. It was very frustrating and the way he responded made it like it was my problem. His questions seemed to come from an online questionnaire. I could hear the keyboard noise after I answered each question. After he finished asking, he never asked if I have any question for him.
