Colloquio
In a nutshell:
1) Met TalentQuest at a career fair.
2) Shared my resume and discussed my background and experience.
3) They said they will contact me in a month.
4) I got an email a month later to schedule a 30 minute technical screen-sharing interview. They said I will hear back from them regarding the results and the next steps.
5) Two weeks later I get another email to schedule an on-site technical interview.
6) I interviewed with four people including the Director of Engineering, CTO and two Technical Team leads. The interview was about two and a half hours long. But it didn't feel that long at all since everyone was super nice and friendly.
7) I was asked to fill out a psychological survey.
8) I got informed that I will hear about the decision soon.
9) Two weeks later I got informed that I was selected.

Its a normal process i.e Aptitude,coding(any language),Technical interview
They will check how you approach towards the question and they will also access your ability to learn new things
There will also be a personality assessment test
