This was back in June 2015 for the south phoenix location. Interview for hardlines. Applied online and received a call around 4-5 days later. Went In for interview shortly after, first with senior sales floor team leader and got second interview the same day with an executive team leader. Very laid back and received a call from HR around 2 days later to come in and sign a job offer.

The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
