Colloquio
The interview was one on one with one of the store's department managers. We introduced ourselves briefly and went over availability and what the job entailed before asking questions. The interview was short (about 10 questions) and consisted of half "Yes/No" questions where all you had to do was say "yes" or "no", and half "Scenario" questions where you had to go into detail about a specific scenario and how you handled it. These answers don't have to be job or school-related, either. If you pass, you go to HR and fill out a form confirming the details of the job and when orientation will be. If you don't, they'll tell you immediately and send you on your way.

Tell me about a time when you anticipated someone's needs
Pretty simple process. Went in and interviewed with the Team Lead, most questions were behavioral in nature. Ended up just chatting for a bit and I was offered the job on the spot, then was sent to talk to the Supervising Lead who verified a couple aspects of my application.

It was easy. Pretty straightforward. For a team member, I would not expect more which is actually a really good thing. The manager was nice as well and made the process easy.

Phone interview, and orientation right after. Not much else at the time. Scheduled for orientation with a few other people. After orientation, a drug screening scheduled, and was called back about a week or so afterwards to start work.
