*I have not been offered a position because I am currently still in the process of interviews.
I submitted my resume on campus career center for both the internship and full-time position. I have my 3rd in-person interview tomorrow with a DTL. I've already had 2 phone interviews with STL's. Same process as everyone else has written.
Starts off with general questions:
Why Target?
Strengths/Weaknesses?
About yourself?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Then they ask you 5 behavioral questions. Please remember to use the STAR method, begin with the situation, then what you did, and the results. Do not forget the results! They told me that in my first interview. Also do not be shy to use "I" a thousand times, NOT "we," after all they want to know what you did and not your fellow classmates/employees.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.

The interview was straightforward and to the point. Situation based interview, what would you do in this certain scenario. Interviewer was very friendly, and welcoming. They want to make sure that you have what it takes to be a leader
