The interview took place in two parts. I first had an interview with a general manager; the interview was a general interview for working at Target, not for a specific position. The second interview was with an overnight manager. As such, the interview was not until 10 pm, which was an odd experience.
Two days later I received a call with a job offer.

Pretty easy. It was for a season position for the fall months (October, November, December) so they needed people. Ended up becoming a part time position and I worked there for about six years.

Easy did first step now doing 2nd interview tomorrow the interviewer was straight forward with her questions and got to the point with the job description i hope i do get the job after the 2nd one on one with management the whole team was very nice and chill everyone working there seemed to enjoy working at target

Sat down and had a quick conversation with the person interviewing me. We went through the usual question/answer process, got a quick overview of the position that I was applying for, then shook my hand and showed me to the door.
