They brought me to the back room, made small talk, then started the interview process. They asked me a series of questions. Tell me about yourself and a lot of "Describe a time" and "What if" kind of things. They gave the background of Target, and what their goal is.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
