Very simple, held a quick phone interview then came in for an in-person interview. Most of the questions deal with how you work with a team, why you would be a valuable employee, etc.

The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
