Target, at the ground floor has relatively extensive jobs interview process. I went in and was interviewed by 2 managers. I was given the job on the spot. I didn't end up taking the position due to a better opportunity.

The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.
