Easy interview, ask about experience dealing with people who don't have similar working styles, overcoming challenges, previous work, etc. Ask about availability and if you work holidays/ weekends. Overall an easy process.

The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
