Lengthy. Four interviews in total. Initial phone screen with a regional recruiter. Interview with the store director of a local Target. Interview with the store director of the store I was intended to be placed in and finally an interview with the DSD following which I received an offer.

Straight forward about process, simple but thorough, well structured questions and order of interviews. Timely response. Recruiter screening, then interview with a store director, followed by interview by DM and HRBP.
