An online interview in which you have set time limit to prerecord response to interview questions. The questions were simple and did not go into depth but rather vague. The last question did not need a video response but just a yes or no to the question can you lift 50lbs.

Describe a time when you worked with someone with different views than you.
The interview process was extremely straight forward, they asked me some situational questions along with questions specifically about my experience in related industries. It was relaxed and my interviewer was very pleasant.

How would you go about handling an upset customer?
Was open interviews and I was offered the opportunity after two rounds. It was a smooth process and did not take long. After the 2nd round I was called in the room
initially you answer some personality indicating questions, then a lot of behaviorial questions if they like what they see they will send a link to do a recorded interview where you submit your own responses and can re-record them as well . super easy but super lengthy.
