Great process, interview was with recruiter first, then the store manager then district partners. STAR based they made you feel comfortable. I wanted demonstrated leadership in operations and, emphasized cross-functional collaboration, strategic improvements, regulatory compliance, and measurable results in inventory, logistics, and customer engagement
