I got an interview relatively quickly after applying. There was an online interview where I recorded responses to questions and then an in-person interview. They asked about prior retail job experience.

It was fairly straightforward and simple. The interviewer asks you to tell a bit about yourself and then procedural questions like tell me about a time you surpassed your expectations. It is only 30 minutes long and goes by in a flash.
