Selection process consisted of only a simple personal interview jointly conducted by HR Manager and Zonal Sales Manager. Basic HR questions were asked. Offer was made a couple of hours after the interview.

Quick process within 4 days of interview and verbal offer.
Just a basic screening by HR, then 2 interviews with the department manager and head respectively. The interview with the dept manager was face to face and with the head was over the phone connected by the manager.
This role is suited for basic BBA/BCom freshers to just get some experience. Requires a lot of fieldwork day to night with very very low take home pay.
