After application you receive a call from HR confirming interest in your profile and schedule an interview. The interview will have a session with HR for psychological / cultural profiling and background check. The second interview will be with the prospective project PM to evaluate the candidate skills. It will be around of 1 on 1 general questions and technical questions.
