I attended for tcs ninja interview in tcs office.There has been two rounds in which first round is mcq and aptitude based mostly.It is pretty easy if you are good in aptitude.
Second round is a face to face interview in which three people namely tr , mr and hr will interview the candidates.resume based questions.

Easy process focusing on Projects in detail , Coding , Sql queries , OOPs and some managerial questions followed by HR interview. They mostly focus on your confidence and calmness rather than only knowledge. It's better to have good communication and quick thinking in the interview.
