The interview went well. The interviewer was very sound in technical and also very friendly.
1st round was technical
- Basic details about me and my job responsibilities
- Angular Questions asked were basic to average difficulty
2nd round managerial
- Again I described my job responsibilities, that's all. Not another single question from the panel.
They said good and they were satisfied with my answer.
- After this, they said that HR would call me for salary negotiation and other discussions
- I received positive feedback from the panel.
3rd round HR discussions
- Boom!! No one answered my calls or replying my emails.
If the interview went bad the candidate knows that they will be rejected. But when the interview went well, they provide positive feedback from the interview and still they want to reject it...
The candidate must be given a reply at least that they are rejected. They will look for other opportunities without hanging on to them. One of the Worst HR staff.
