Interaction: This round felt more like a conversation than an interview. They asked thoughtful questions and even gave hypothetical client problems to understand how I would approach them. They appreciated storytelling around design journeys and were genuinely interested in the rationale behind my choices. Stage 2: HR + Client-Centric Scenario Questions The second round was a mix of HR and behavioral questions with a focus on client interactions. The interviewer assessed my: Communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage feedback and timelines. Adaptability in dynamic, client-driven environments. Passion for design and continuous learning. Interaction: Again, the vibe was warm and open. They shared real client scenarios and asked how I’d handle them.
