We wanted to clarify that a full-time trial is NOT required for all positions and teams here at TaxJar. Certain business functions (like our filing team) at times may require a more immersive time commitment, but many of the employees here at TaxJar came from full-time positions and were able to complete a trial with us. If we weren’t able to accommodate this than we would be missing out on the majority of the world’s workforce. We do everything possible to ensure that the candidate is successful during this time, and we always try our best to work out a part-time or flexible trial that supports that individual’s current working schedule.
