The interview panel consisted of a solicitor and 2 paralegals. I found the people that interviewed me to be quite rude, maybe it is culture or maybe it is the specific people that interviewed me. Firstly, the interviewing solicitor did not seem to be paying attention to me as I was speaking. One of the paralegals was lovely and kind but the other one was super rude, and unnecessarily aggressive. Finally, there was no marking scheme, no one made any notes on the interview questions and answers.
