Long. I had to travel to London and perform times challenges that a teacher would be expected to do. The Tim pressure and thinking on the spot threw me off.

It is much longer than anticipated, takes around 4 hours. Have to do an interview, then present a lesson, review, do lesson again , then do group work , then review.

The interview was very well structured and the day was challenging but rewarding! We were asked to self-assess consistently which was useful for getting feedback as well. The interview was long but they were very helpful and answered all questions I had.
