Was picked from college in a campus selection drive , aptitude rounds followed by group discussions n personal interview, questions covered mba basics and soft skills and past work experiences
there was an initial resume short listing which happened, then an online assessment was conducted which tested things like mathematical ability and verbal ability. Then we had 2 rounds of technicla interview and 1 round of hr interview
