Intensive. 4 rounds of interview. There was a long gestation period. The interview focused on practical approach than just certification or theory. There was a due diligence conducted on background and this took maximum amount of time.

Interview process was straightforward and only consisted of 4 interviews. However, each interview had a different explanation of the role. Only 1 presentation on approach, that was the second to last interview. Unfortunately the executive leader, the final interview, who was a good reason for accepting the position, resigned 3 weeks after I started.
