Colloquio
1. Informeel gesprek met 2 software engineers (junior en team lead) om te kijken of de vibe matcht.
2. (Online) gesprek in het Engels met Talent Partner waar de meer typische sollicitatievragen gesteld worden (What gives you energy? What are three positive things about yourself? What is something that you achieved that you are really proud of?...)
3. Gesprek met Engineering Manager en Director of Engineering waar ze vragen stellen over bv. masterproef, werken in groep, tech stack, motiveren om bij TechWolf te willen werken...
4. Technisch interview met drie vragen (case, code schrijven, code reviewen)
5. 30min walk met de CTO (ook co-founder) waarbij je elkaar en vooral TechWolf nog beter leert kennen.

Colloquio
Initial informal conversation with engineers, then a discussion with HR, followed by two technical interviews. Throughout these interviews, everyone was exceptionally nice, very professional, and thoroughly welcoming. Very nice working environment.

Colloquio
I had two interviews, one to get to know each other, and one technical interview. Was invited to the office both times. The technical interview was quite simple, I did not have all the answers but they were open with that it was more important I could communicate and formulate my answer well, rather than doing everything perfect.
