Very seamless, friendly, virtual. You get questioned by 4 people and they make you feel relaxed. Great experience.
Each person takes time to ask questions and you are expected to give detailed answers. They are respectful, keep to time, straight to the point.
1. CV Review (might take 2-3 weeks)
2. An Initial written task
3. On-site written task (sometimes this step is sidelined)
4. On-site interview
5. Confirmation if finalized for the role
