Interview went well, I have given all the answer which they asked. While discussing about the package they told me your package is already good we can't offer this much. we will be discussing our self and will let you know how can we offer you. I waited from last 21 days but didn't get any input from them. I have even dropped a mail to them (HR guys even in linkedin ) but didn't get any input. Note: Please let candidate know whether you can offer or not or candidate didn't get qualify, whatever it may be the reason because we spend whole days during the interview process.
