I had my first interview with HR, after having her 2 follow-up emails in order to get it (worst HR ever). The interview was easy, I then had my first case interview which was quite challenging (mckinsey type interview). I got to the second round, and then was ghosted, despite my numerous follow-up mails. I am shocked that anyone would treat candidates this way, and this reflects so badly on the organization.
Comfortable, conversation like and easy to deal with. Mostly background is understood and role and organization is explained. Patient and easy- going conversation that helps you bring out your best . They are trying to understand your motivation to get in and how does it make sense for them to take you on.
