Two weeks after applying online, I was invited to schedule an initial Zoom screening with an internal recruiter, who was late to the Zoom meeting. The following week, I was invited to schedule a 45-minute interview with a Director, who was also late to the Zoom meeting. A week after this, I was invited to schedule a 60-minute interview with the hiring manager. Two weeks later, I was invited to complete a writing exercise within 24 hours. I did not hear back from Techstars about the status of my application until I followed up with them after submitting the writing exercise.
