Because I was an intern, I first filled out several personality tests, then submitted my resume. Afterwards, I had an interview with a panel of 2 Graduate Interns and 1 Staff member. I also had two skills tests, one in which I had to "sell" a pen, and the other was a phone skills test in which I had to play the role of a call center customer service and sales representative. The people were very friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed being an intern.
