It was a mess. I was travelling that time i got call from HR is it possible for you to attend the interview right now. I said now i'm travelling at least can you call me back later. She refused i said okay. The interviewee didn't bother to tell me about the company at all. Interviewee immediately started asking me questions. Same thing happened with 2nd interview this time the interviewee told me little bit about company. After that i got email HR that i got selected and he sent me draft of offer and contract agreement. The agreement was draconian some of the terms were like if you leave our company within 1 year you have to pay for training cost of 2 years. I was not clear what was the training cost so when i got call from HR i asked him he initially told me it will be on the job training when i chased him so if i leave after one year you will ask me for 2 years of my salary then he changed his word he told the training cost will be for any external training i will be doing on the company money i was not satisfied with HR's answer as the contract didn't mention such thing. Anyway the salary offered to me was too low for my designation so i asked to revise the salary. HR said he will check internally it has more than few weeks. I'm sure i didn't get what i asked anyway i'm okay with it as i don't have to follow any draconian contract. If you get offer please take consultation of professional the contract is full of bs
