I would provide examples of hobbies and interests, as well as positive traits. i.e.: I love always having something to do and enjoy doing projects. I enjoy reading (insert subject) and one of my favorite authors is (name). In my spare time I like to (go biking, hiking, be outdoors, bowl, etc. give a few examples so they know you're a real person and not a robot). (ex:) I love cooking and I'm always look for new things to cook and try out.
