I hate this statement/question!! It's so vague and you never know if they've even ever looked at your resume when you walk in. So you wonder if you should repeat what's on the resume or if you should give extra info not on there. It also makes me wonder if they've even prepared for the interview and if they really care. I just answered by telling them about my most recent job. Generally, interviewers will think of something else to ask you while you give your spiel.
