This is always a difficult question to answer in a short time period - more so because I was cut off partway through. Then when I got the feedback for why I didn't advance to the next round I was told that I hadn't answered the question...

I believe the question was really asking you - Why should we employ you? 
I used to fall flat on my face over this one until a friend who worked in head hunting help me to understand the 'hidden' question - for which I was so very grateful
