the interview goes through 3 or 4 phases. The first one is technical with the team leader or the one to be your direct manager. it's to assess your technical skills and abilities.
the second phase is an HR interview which aims to assess your personality, culture, teamwork values, previous experience, and background.
the third phase is not an interview but it was a video meeting with the regional publishing manager. (in this phase you need to seem ambitious, and enthusiastic. It's good to ask him questions and show your interest.
the last phase is the negotiation of the deal.
