A lengthy interview process that took about a month. Once I asked about the final interview, they answered as if I was going to have an in-person interview but the next day they told me that I was not in consideration anymore. They kept bringing up the fact that I served in the National Guard and told me I had to choose my priorities between them and serving. Definately not a place that I recommend for veterans or people serving.

Phone Screen, 2 Zooms with HR then Senior Operations Coordinator then in person with 2 Operations Lead and Operations Manager. Went through all the phases but they "had another candidate in mind".
