Process is useless. I had applied through praytin infotech which is a consultancy. When I received the call from this consultancy I had two options one was vtest and other was tavisca. I was not willing to give interview/join vtest. I had told this already so I received interview call letter for tavisca. In the interview call letter there was mentioned that this opening is for manual testing and API testing. They were going to take 2 F2F rounds as told to me by the consultancy member Round 1: it took about 25 mins. It was technical round Round 2: it took again around 20 mins. It was also technical round. I just asked the question out of curiosity that what testing process do you follow in tavisca. So the interviewer explained me the process and said they are not using selenium but they work on API testing using Postman Then I was told that hr will call you . I left the company around 3pm. Around 6 pm I received the call from tavisca hr that you didn't wait for the third round. So I explained them that you only said that I received the message that hr will call you. So the hr called me for the third round on the next day and said that you are selected and bring your document. Third round will be with the manager and it will just be a formal talk. Round 3: asked me few questions regarding my current project. And the manager there said that they don't have any openings for manual and API testing. They are looking for automation testing using selenium. After that again I received the message that hr will call you. What rubbish!!!!! I was introducing myself for previous rounds,am I fool to waste my time. If you were to reject me then you shouldn't have given me call for the third round. There was no conversation within the interview panel. Also there was no conversation between tavisca and praytin consultancy.. From that day I am trying to call the praytin infotech but till today I have not received any answer.. Do not go for tavisca and praytin infotech.
