The interview process was LONG. There was a two-hour phone interview, another two-hour phone interview, a two-hour one-on-one face-to-face interview, and a second face-to-face interview among the then-owner, her sons (both Vice Presidents) and the direct manager. I didn't hear anything back, until more than a year later.
