First round was a 30 minute phone call with a recruiter, covering basic questions such as what do you do in your current role, why do you want to work at Terakeet etc., followed by the usual 'here's why Terakeet is great' word salad from the recruiter. It was simple and the recruiter was pleasant. Second round was a 45 minute Zoom call with the hiring team, digging into what the job entails, relevant SEO knowledge, the ability to accept feedback, writing for topics you may or may not be interested in etc. Another set of basic questions. Both interviewers were pleasant as well. There's a supposed third round interview with a written portion, but unfortunately I was not picked for this. Terakeet couldn't be bothered to inform me of this though. It's been over 3 weeks since my 2nd interview, and despite my efforts to figure out where I stood with the company, they simply decided it was easier to ghost me instead of sending an automated rejection email. Quite frankly I find this sort of behavior, while all too common amongst other companies, inconsiderate and demeaning, especially when it's exhibited by a company that works with "prestigious Fortune 500 companies". Not only that, it's a waste of my time, and the time of everyone else involved. If this is how potential hires are treated, I can only imagine the contempt current employees are treated with.

I applied on LinkedIn. Was contacted by a recruiter, an then had a phone call screen with her before moving on to two interviews with a couple different people each. Phone screen was pretty basic, and then the interviews went more in-depth.
