Interview process was very straightforward and technical, appreciated the blunt honesty from individuals that conducted interview. Included a "test" that was somewhat disorganized but ultimately important in verification of ability.

I was asked to calculate the area of an odd shape with only a few dimensions given. Basic math. Next I was shown a mechanism made of various sheet metal parts and I had to figure out what it was likely used for and how I would improve its design to make it easier to manufacture and assemble. The last part of the interview i was asked to modify an autoCAD drawing and create a Solidworks part from a drawing.
